Item appeared to be purposely cut in order to claim a refund for customers lack of attention in ordering a very small size. Customer admitted that did not pay attention to what they had ordered. refund given as had no evidence to support that item was not damaged prior to sending. Customer couldve just advised they were silly enough to not read the listing instead of damaging the item and claiming it was damaged.
